Nom-Ekhe” school was founded in 1998. Since then every year dozens of foreigners successfully graduate from the school. The school already has become well known among the people who are interested in Mongolia.
“Nom-Ekhe” school is located in the heart of Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. It is next to internationally known Mongolian universities such as the Mongolian State University and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology.

You should come at least three days before the start of the course. We will meet you at the airport and drive you to your accommodation.


We will provide textbooks and other handouts for the course free of charge.

All our instructors have advanced degrees: Master’s or Doctor’s of Mongolian language. They have years of experience teaching Mongolian to foreigners and will make your study both interesting and fun.

You will have two classes a day, five days a week. Each class is 80 minutes with 10 minute break in between.

• Teachers will work with you individually
• Travelling around the province such as Arkhangai, Uburkhangai and Khuvsgul that have beautiful natural wonders..
• Travelling and fishing around the Khuvsgul lake, the deepest and the purest lake in Mongolia.
• Riding and seeing a reindeer and visiting a herder’s home.
• Depending on student’s wish we will organize the trip around Gobi desert.
